| The Studio has a large bedroom/sitting
room 18ft x 20ft approx., with a queen size bed, sitting
area and dining table and chairs. There is a small enclosed
patio to the entrance of the studio.
The Studio also has a separate kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is galley style and fully equipped. There
is a small dressing area off the bathroom.
The Studio is situated to the roadside of Alverton
but a short walk through the garden will bring you to
the beach. The garden has beach chairs and chair pads.
There is a BBQ grill and Garden Shower/ The studio is
ideal for the person or couple who are budget conscious
but also want the luxury of being on the beach without
the expense.
